Righthaven LLC, the company tasked by RJ owners, Stephens Media with seeking out and suing alleged copyright infringers of Review-Journal story's now has about 100 lawsuits against various website operators for copyright infringement.

But, one small blog out of North Carolina could change the game if the court allows owner-operator Kevin Kelleher to settle for $200. A significantly smaller amount than the $75,000 Righthaven is demanding. So could a small blog with less than 10 hits a week change Righthaven's game plan? We talk with Kevin Kelleher about his battle against Righthaven.
