Jon Ralston on Morse Arberry
Jon Ralston on Morse Arberry

AIR DATE: September 8, 2010

Longtime Nevada assemblyman Morse Arberry resigned last week, but not before inking a potential six figure lobbying deal with the Clark County courts. Arberry isn't the first Nevada legislator turned lobbyist. And his deal has caught some attention for the fact that he negotiated it while still in office.

But did he do anything illegal? And would the county courts be better served with an experienced lobbyist rather than a former assemblyman? Political columnist Jon Ralston joins us to discuss now former Nevada Assemblyman, Morse Arberry.
