Nevada has received more than $750,000,000 of the 1.7 billion dollars awarded to it in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - the president's stimulus program. The biggest piece of the pie has gone to southern Nevada with most of the money going to the Clark County School System, higher education and roadways and transit.
