Owners of the international Hard Rock brand no longer want to be associated with the Las Vegas Hard Rock hotel-casino.

The reason? Negative publicity from the Hard Rock's Rehab pool party and reality TV show.

Orlando-based Hard Rock Cafe International has sued the owners of the Las Vegas hotel for breach of contract, trademark infringement and other claims and wants to end the licensing agreement between Hard Rock Cafe and the owners of the Las Vegas property.

So could the Hard Rock lose the right to call itself the Hard Rock?

Las Vegas Sun reporter Steve Green joins us to talk about what might happen to the Hard Rock's name.
