Millions are on welfare, but where does that money go? Straight into the casinos, it seems! Californians spent nearly $12 million in Las Vegas casinos and drawn from ATMs. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is moving to block welfare debit cards in casinos. So are casinos encouraging or discouraging this? And where was most of the money spent? An LA Times reporter takes a closer look at why people are choosing gambling over groceries.
