    I wonder why all the chain markets and many of the restaurants in the Las Vegas Area serve or sell Lamb from AUSTRAILA! My husband and I had a cattle ranch near Eureka Nevada and along with beef, sheep are a major livestock produced in Northern Nevada --just 300 mile north of here. Does anyone know why Austraila has such a big segment of our market here. Thought part of "good food" was that it was locally grown.
