The Nevada Policy Research Institute is setting up its own law firm. The conservative think tank will host the Center for Justice and Constitutional Litigation. Director Joseph Becker says the new center will sue state or local government in cases where NPRI believes fundamental individual rights or the U.S. Constitution has been violated." So what kind of cases will they be? We'll talk with Becker about his plans.
