Best of Public Radio

AIR DATE: December 30, 2010

The Best of Public Radio is a year-end special with an opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution to Nevada Public Radio before the end of the year. You'll hear the best stories from 2010. Some of the highlights include: why dirty birds prefer Dawn dish washing liquid; Jon Stewart revealing a family secret; the writer who couldn't read; the Car Talk guys, Ira Glass, Garrison Keillor and much more!
The economy, health care reform and the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico dominated the news, and we'll bring you some of public radio's outstanding coverage of these events.
We'll also showcase some of the quirky stories you hear only on public radio, including one about how a poorly designed calculator contributed to the mortgage crisis and another about how pain makes us more loyal to our dentists.
Wait Wait Don't Tell Me's Peter Sagal and Planet Money's Adam Davidson host this year-end special.

Sounds great, but what time does the Best of PR begin? And end? I need to work the rest of my schedule around it!
