There are now four candidates in the race to become the next mayor of Las Vegas. Longtime Las Vegas resident and businesswoman Katie Duncan is the latest to join the race. She is promising money saving and job creating measures for the city. As well as a continuing Oscar Goodman's efforts to revitalize downtown and continue his development strategy all the way north to the city limits which includes the historic Westside of Las Vegas. We talk with Katie Duncan.

    Rather stunned that NAACP did not endorse you. Everytime I bump into people encourage them to vote for you and I stress "We need diversity representation to reflect the public served."
