Many people think human trafficking involves women from other countries, but many victims are American girls... girls who could be your neighbor's daughter. And are being trafficked as prostitutes here in America. Journalist Julian Sher investigated the layers of child prostitution across the country, talking to reformed hookers and FBI task forces. We talk to him about the girls' stories, and with local experts about child prostitution on our own Las Vegas streets.
