Brian Sandoval, Nevada's 30th governor took office earlier this month. He has a daunting task in balancing the state's budget. On top of that he takes the reins at a time when Nevada's citizens are battling the highest unemployment and foreclosure rates in the country. How Sandoval handles these problems and if he is successful in implementing his campaign promises will likely define his governorship. So who are Nevada's best and worst governors? And how soon can you evaluate the performance of a governor? We talk with Nevada's former state archivist about ranking Nevada's governors.
