Governor Brian Sandoval will give his first State of the State address on Monday. Slowly, some details of his budget have come out. He says he will seek a 5 percent cut from education and will implement a 5% pay cut for state workers. The budget is expected to dominate much of the conversation during the legislative session in February. We talk with our political pundits about the state of the state address and the other political headlines around the state.
