You mentioned that the education tax credit is for four years--I am in my final semester of a five year program. Is that going to disqualify me from the credit?

Also, is that $2,500 limit only for tuition? I had over $4,000 in school-related, non-tuition expenses last year and it would be awesome if I could see some of that come back to me as well.

When will Form 1040-ES and instructions be available for the year 2011?

Re. 1044-ES for 2011. It is not yet showing on irs.gov -- only 2010 and 2009.

Perhaps someone could tell me why a new way of doing real estate would not work. I have yet to hear anybody suggest a fix. All people do is lament about how bad things are. www.dnusbaum.com/fix.html
