There's another real estate crisis in Las Vegas. Office buildings and strip malls are vacant all over town. The recession has closed down many stores and businesses and some projects are built but never got opened. We talk with three real estate professionals on what they are doing in this depressed market. They tell us where they see some chances to get things fixed up.
