When it comes to nuclear weapons, where do we stand with North Korea? Chung-In Moon served as advisor to South Korea's National Security Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Ministry of National Defense in South Korea. Now the editor-in-chief of Global Asia Magazine and a professor at Korea's Yonsei University, Prof. Moon gives us an insider's view to nuclear standoffs and dealing with the friction between rival nations.
