Listen
AIR DATE: February 28, 2011

The United States Supreme Court has finally decided that Nevada can ban advertising for prostitution in counties where the world's oldest profession is illegal. University of California, Davis Law Professor Vikram Amar joins us to discuss the significance of the decision from a court that is usually more friendly to business.

GUEST
Vikram Amar, Professor of Law, University of California, Davis School of Law
