Assembly bill 143 would make the names of concealed weapons permit holders in Nevada private. The names of concealed weapons permit holders is currently public information and opponents of that rule say making the names of permit holders public puts gun owners in danger. We talk with Assemblywoman, Debbie Smith, D-Sparks, one of the sponsors of the bill.
