Hepatitis C posed a threat to tens of thousands of patients at the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada in 2007. The outbreak was caused by misuse of large anesthetic vials at the clinic. Damages trials have just begun although the big class action cases are still in discovery. And Judge Donald Mosley has continued the criminal case against Doctor Desai and two of his nurses until March, 2012. So why is it taking so long and when will these cases conclude.
