Democrats have rolled out a plan for K-12 education in Nevada. A series of Assembly and Senate bill outlines reforms Democrats want. They include changes to teacher pay as well as establishing better relationships between parents and schools. Democrats also want to change how charter schools are governed and to better prepare kids for work after high school. We talk with Senator Mo Denis, D-Clark County, chair of the Senate education committee about how Democrats want to change education in Nevada.
