In North Las Vegas, there's a neighborhood where the residents call their local policeman by his first name, give him bear hugs, and enlist him to man the grill at their BBQs. The North Las Vegas Police Department talks about its community outreach program, and why it specifically assigned two lieutenants to build trust with the neighbors. We talk to the lieutenants and community leaders about how that relationship is working out.
