Despite the financial crisis facing the state, UNLV's Boyd School of Law has managed to improve its ranking in the latest US News and World Report law school rankings. Boyd is not Yale but, says Dean John Valery White, Boyd doesn't want to be Yale. We talk about what kind of law school Boyd is and how it's weathering the financial crisis.
