The Clark County Commission appointed a special panel last year to revamp inquests for police shootings. Now the Legislature is considering a bill to abolish all inquests. Should the County Commission be overruled or is it wrong for the District Attorney and the Police Protective Association to push in the Legislature for what they could not persuade the commission to do?
