Martin Kreloff: Painting People & Their Pets

AIR DATE: April 19, 2011
LISTEN TO M3U | DOWNLOAD MP3

Martin Kreloff paints people and their pets.  From a bearded man with his parrot, to an artist with his goldfish, Martin covers them all.  But his portraits are great bursts of color - reminiscent of Andy Warhol (if Warhol could get 3 cats to hold still).  Martin Kreloff tells us about painting some of Las Vegas's longtime residents, and his part-time love for painting Hollywood stars and sumo wrestlers.

Martin Kreloff’s exhibit, called “Made in Vegas,” shows at the Winchester Cultural Center Gallery from April 5-June 3.  He will be giving an artist’s talk at the Winchester Theater on May 4 at 1 p.m.
