Raising and Training Falcons
Raising and Training Falcons

AIR DATE: May 12, 2011

For centuries, peregrine falcons have been the classic wild bird hunter, able to swoop on prey at speeds up to 250 mph. David Kanellis started working with falcons when he was 12, and he now raises and trains falcons and raptors. David tells us the secret to taming a wild animal, raising baby chicks, and why hunting birds aren't as dangerous as they seem.
