It's shaping up to be a dramatic international custody battle. Last Sunday, May 8, two masked gunmen entered the foster home of 3 year-old Carla Espinosa-Alvarez, and took the girl from her foster mother. Now the Carla Espinosa-Alvarez is with her mother in Mexicali. Nevada Public Radio's Jude Joffe-Block tells us what is known and not known about Carla Espinosa-Alvarez.
