Last week a federal judge ruled that the race to replace Dean Heller in Nevada's Second Congressional District would not be an open race and the major parties would have to select just one candidate to run in the race. So far the Democratic field has attracted three candidates including former Nevada System of Higher Education, Nancy Price.
