Dave Thompson didn't start out as an artist. He was a welder playing around with scrap metal, when he realized he could shape the pieces into animals and other designs. Some of his pieces include a peacock made out of shovels, ants made from car parts, and a "smoking" dragon made of metal. His pieces are now on display at the Windmill Library.
Totally amazing and the gate at the inlaws is absolutely beautiful. It's great to see his work
