A unique charter school is slated to open in North Las Vegas in August. The Willie H. Brooks Soar Academy will be the state's first all-boys charter school. It will have much more than the usual disciplinary rules - school uniforms including ties and blazers will be required. It will be a "different type of environment" where boys call each other "mister" and are expected to open doors for women and senior citizens. We talk to the school's founder about what it can do and what she hopes it will achieve.

GUEST
Tami Bass, founder, Willie H. Brooks Soar Academy
