Congressman Joe Heck has found himself in trouble in recent days after referring to Social Security as a "pyramid scheme".

We've asked Congressman Heck to join us to explain his choice of words, and clarify his position on Social Security and other important issues. But so far he's declined our requests.

So where does he stand on the issues? How is he doing representing the interests of southern Nevadans? And what are your questions for Congressman Joe Heck?

We take your calls and comments, and talk about his voting record.

COMMENTS:
I like the attitude I'm O.K. your O.K. from these politicians. You never know what lifes gonna throw at you and the times we're living in now are perfect examples of responsible people who either are or have been out of work, unable to contribute to their retirement and too many spending down their savings cause they have to. And while we're at it, lets get realistic over people working forever. What a joke! Social Security must stay or your gonna have elders living on the street someday.

May I please ask, how long are we going to let our representatives get away with not answering important questions. Reporters do not not seem to also do their job. Where is the outrage?
