The four time Grammy nominated Puerto Rican band Plena Libra is coming to Las Vegas.  The group, now together and performing for 15 years, is known for bringing the indigenous sounds of the island together which includes the African, Spanish, and Caribbean sounds.   Plena was born in the barrios (slums) of Puerto Rico in the early 20th century.
