The music rave-fest known as the Electric Daisy Carnival draws some of the biggest electronica names, from Crystal Method to DJ Paul Oakenfold.  But it produced two deaths and hospitalized others for drugs, alcohol, and heat exhaustion in Los Angeles and other cities.  So why is Oscar Goodman welcoming it with open arms?  And what precautions will we take when it comes to Las Vegas this weekend?  The CityLife entertainment editor weighs in on the Carnival's big acts and big risks.
