Computer hackers have put big corporations and important government Web sites under attack in recent weeks. The CIA and the US Senate are only two. Now the Arizona Department of Public Safety has been hacked and lots of material about border security and the war on drugs has come to light. So is this a new kind of Wikileaks in the Southwest?
