The fact that the Nevada legislature failed to pass a bill that would have created a special taxing district to fund a new arena, developers of UNLV's plan for a new stadium say their project is moving forward. UNLV Now is a proposed multi-sport arena and student housing complex on the campus of UNLV. Majestic Realty, headed by developer, Ed Roski and Silverton Casino CEO, Craig Cavileer say it's all about building a community asset in Las Vegas. So will a new arena be built at UNLV?
