The fact that the Nevada legislature failed to pass a bill that would have created a special taxing district to fund a new arena, developers of UNLV's plan for a new stadium say their project is moving forward. UNLV Now is a proposed multi-sport arena and student housing complex on the campus of UNLV. Majestic Realty, headed by developer, Ed Roski and Silverton Casino CEO, Craig Cavileer say it's all about building a community asset in Las Vegas. So will a new arena be built at UNLV? Craig Cavileer joins us to talk about UNLV's plan to move ahead on its arena plan.

    So they want to build an arena on the taxpayer's dime? you going to make money of locals and you do dont want to pay back to the community by paying profit tax, property taxes, etc?
