The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) recently implemented rules that Nevada governments can exercise to mandate affordable housing on thousands of acres of BLM land sold at public auctions. But as Ky Plaskon reports, local governments aren't rushing to take part--even though its widely agreed that an affordable housing crisis is unfolding in the Las Vegas Valley.
