Las Vegas developer Jim Rhodes is stirring up the hornets nest again with his newest plan for Blue Diamond Hill.  Recently he submitted his plan to build a small village with seven thousand homes and a town square, shops and a college campus.  Needless to say many living in Blue Diamond are not happy.  Does this project have a chance in this economy?  Would you buy a house on top of blue Diamond Hill?
