Comuters and travelers who take I-15 between Blue Diamond Road and Tropicana Avenue should start seeing some large animals begin to share the roadway.  A series of steel pieces are going up.  They are part of the expansion and beautification of the roadway.  We talk to the designer and his unique style and use of materials and why highway art is important.
