The Constitution guarantees us all equal rights but when is a special offer unequal. Nevada has told gyms to stop offering special deals for women but the Legislature recently granted an exemption to "Ladies' Nights" and similar promotions. So is it constitutional? Is it right? Or has the tourist industry triumphed again?
