The United Football League is staggering along, trying to survive.  Recently the league commissioner announced that the third season will start almost a month later than last year.  The Las Vegas Locomotives are two time champions but attendance is anemic.  Do Las Vegans care about professional sports?  Is this league teaching us what we would expect if there was a pro team in southern Nevada?
