Last week, Dwayne Johnson won a $1.5 million settlement from the Metro Police Department. Due to a DNA lab error, Johnson had spent over 4 years in prison for a robbery he didn't commit. Now, officials are considering whether Nevada should have set guidelines for how much the wrongfully convicted should be compensated. Is $1.5 million enough for four years of your life? How should these guidelines be determined? And should Nevada have pre-set amounts, or be able to determine the amount depending on the situation?
