Caesars has just unveiled its vision for the east side of the Strip. It will be shopping and entertainment but is it any different? And some classic cartoons are coming to Circus Circus? Is this the revival of value in Las Vegas? Or will it just make the Strip look more like a carnival midway. Very interesting that they have all kinds of capital but still haven't re-instituted matching contributions to the companies 401k. I am sure the employees are saying huh?
