AIR DATE: September 9, 2011

Las Vegas resident, Troy Lovick used to work helping small businesses find secure financing but after the economic collapse in 2008 he found himself unemployed and functionally homeless. Lovick now lives in foreclosed home that his friends once owned and is working to get a new business off the ground. It hasn't been easy though and sometimes Lovick says he has to choose between his own living expenses and spending on his business. Troy Lovick joins us to tell his story.

Sorry to hear your story, Troy. We still have the highest unemployment in the nation here in Nevada, but no one seems to be addressing the problem. My own adult children are really struggling. I am an individual, not representing any organization or business. I might be able to help Troy with some housing. He can email me if he is interested. Dee
