A shooting at a Carson City IHOP restaurant on Tuesday left five people dead including members of the Nevada National Guard. The incident is being described by locals as something "that doesn't happen" in a place like Northern Nevada. The incident happened around 9 a.m. when a lone gunman drove to a shopping mall, shot a motorcyclist and then entered the restaurant and started shooting. We're joined by Reno Gazette Journal Reporter, Martha Bellisle for an update on the shooting and how the community is reacting.
