This week is Mexican Independence Day.  But, how many Mexicans who are living in the United States actually celebrate it?  Come to think of it, how many Mexicans still hold on to their cultural traditions?  How many generations does it take before those traditions are lost?  We're joined by a panel of local Mexican residents to share their thoughts on protecting their cultural traditions.  We also ask what is complete assimilation into American culture.
