The foster care system in Nevada has long had problems - a lack of parents, a lack of funds and administrative failures. Even though government resources are now severely constrained, the Family Court is set to launch a new initiative to improve the system. The initiative will be launched at a conference in October but we get a sneak preview with Judge Frank Sullivan. We also talk with education surrogate David Goldwater who is trying to help one of the children in the foster care system.

GUESTS
