A New Deal for Foster Children

AIR DATE: September 30, 2011

The foster care system in Nevada has long had problems - a lack of parents, a lack of funds and administrative failures. The initiative will be launched at a conference in October but we get a sneak preview with Judge Frank Sullivan. We also talk with education surrogate David Goldwater who is trying to help one of the children in the foster care system.
