Two competing groups want to build a mega resort and casino under the Florida sunshine.  The Genting Group, which built resorts in London, Singapore and New York is competing with the Las Vegas Sands group and Sheldon Adelson to build thousands of hotel rooms and a casino in downtown Miami.  The first obstacle of course is waiting to see if the Florida legislature will even allow for gambling.
