Nevada Assemblywoman, Lucy Flores recently held a forum for citizens to address Metro police and local Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on safety in the community. Some residents said they had friends and family who were deported, despite having no criminal record. In August the Obama administration announced it would no longer actively seek to deport undocumented immigrants who didn't have criminal records. So what questions did the community have? And were law enforcement agencies willing to answer? Lucy Flores joins us to discuss what questions citizens had and if they were answered.

I relate to both sides of this topic;as a legalized latina i believe in order, regulation, accountability & agree that felonies R credible counts towards deportation, A minor crime such as driving without ins;isn't addresed, it will become felony/warrant.Our nations focus shoud b on drug testin welfare recepients. this will create jobs for case workers and healthy envirmnts for our future leaders, this will sort out the trash of all races. our nations children depend on us. WE NEED MORE JAILS to address population growth.
