The cost of attending college is on the rise. Analysis of college costs from the group College Board says the price to attend college for in state students rose about 5.4 percent from last year. So how do you keep those costs under control? U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan recently visited Las Vegas to discuss college costs and he joins us.
