Chris Milam's Stadium Proposal: Is it the Real Deal or Not

Listen
AIR DATE: December 2, 2011

Chris Milam is no stranger to Las Vegas.  He has tried to develop a $1.2 billion high rise condo project.  He also tried to buy the minor league baseball team, the 51's.  His latest project has been a multi-stadium and arena project to attract professional sports to the region.  Those plans failed in Las Vegas, but now he's trying to sell them to Henderson.  Is this a smart idea for Henderson?  Or, is this project a dream that could prove to be costly?

GUEST
Benjamin Spillman, reporter, Las Vegas Review Journal
Jon Ralston, columnist, Las Vegas Sun
