Las Vegas' star as a top dining destination continues to rise. On and off the strip more and more gourmet restaurants, some pricey, and some affordable, are catching the attention of locals and visitors to the city. So what are the top restaurants in 2011? Nevada Public Radio's Desert Companion compiled a list of this year's top eateries and we discuss where the best places are to dine in the city.
