Prop 8 Unconstitutional - The Affect on Nevada
Prop 8 Unconstitutional - The Affect on Nevada

AIR DATE: February 10, 2012

Proposition 8 was called unconstitutional by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court.  Prop 8 is the voter approved ban on gay marriage in California.  This doesn't mean there will be any gay marriages allowed for some time.  And, supporters of Prop 8 are likely to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Will groups try and overturn the voter approved constitutional amendment in Nevada that bans gay marriage?  Share your thoughts by calling in or on our website.
